The Event

The European Cadet and Youth Championships represent a crucial event for all Old Continent fencers in the Under-17 (Cadets) and Under-20 (Juniors) categories. In addition, the continental kermis constitutes a great opportunity for visibility for all young athletes who are beginning to enter the world of the Absolute (of the "bigs" to be clear).

Over the years, the event has proved to be a "laboratory" of young talents who, taking their first steps on international platforms, have then established themselves in the most prestigious competitions up to the stage of the Olympic Games.
